Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of Company Mileage Logbook application – Ing. Marek Krasňan, ID: 45990361, with registered office at 94142 Veľké Lovce 33, registered in the Slovak Trade Register (hereinafter "provider") and the service user (hereinafter "user").

By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Company Mileage Logbook is a mobile application designed for:

• Recording business and private trips
• GPS tracking during trips
• Calculating traveled distance
• Generating reports for accounting purposes
• Managing multiple vehicles

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To create a company account, please contact info@firemnaknihajazd.sk.

3.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activities performed under their account
• Immediately reporting unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Mobile Application

The mobile application serves as a GPS coordinate collector and is available free of charge for all users.

4.2 Company Accounts

To create a company account, please request at info@firemnaknihajazd.sk.

4.3 Payments

Payments for company accounts are processed through standard invoicing:

• Order
• Invoice
• Payment
• Account creation/activation

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1 User has the right to:

• Use the service in accordance with these terms
• Access their data and export it
• Cancel account and delete data
• Technical support

5.2 User agrees to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse the service or interfere with its operation
• Not enter false information
• Comply with applicable laws

6. Provider Rights and Obligations

6.1 Provider agrees to:

• Ensure maximum service availability
• Protect users' personal data
• Inform about planned outages
• Provide technical support

6.2 Provider reserves the right to:

• Modify service features and pricing
• Suspend account for terms violation
• Perform system maintenance

7. Liability and Warranties

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Provider is not liable for:

• GPS data inaccuracy caused by technical limitations
• Data loss caused by user's device
• Damages resulting from improper use of the application
• Outages caused by third parties

7.2 GPS Accuracy

GPS tracking has accuracy of 5-15 meters and may be affected by external factors (weather, buildings, tunnels). The application is not a certified distance measuring device.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the application, including design, source code and content, are owned by the provider. User only obtains a license to use the application.

9. Service Termination

9.1 By User

User may cancel their account at any time. After cancellation, all data will be deleted within 30 days.

9.2 By Provider

Provider may terminate an account for serious terms violation. User will be notified of termination by email.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Provider reserves the right to change these terms. User will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
